Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fennok be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the software. Fennok’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

Data Responsibility

FenSight can rename, move, and delete files on your system. You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your files and data. Use file-modification features at your own risk. Fennok is not responsible for any data loss resulting from use of the software.

Intellectual Property

FenSight and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Fennok. Your license grants a right to use the software, not ownership of it. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
