All paid FenSight licenses — Pro Annual, Pro Lifetime, and Studio Pack — come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If FenSight does not meet your needs for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@fennok.com with your order details. Please include:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your license key (if available)
• The reason for your refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We'll do our best to find a fair resolution. Contact us at info@fennok.com and we'll work with you.

What Happens to Your License

Upon refund, your license key is revoked and pro features are disabled. Your board files and data remain yours — FenSight stores everything locally and the Free tier continues to work without a license.
