14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid FenSight licenses — Individual and Studio, plus legacy annual plans — come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If FenSight does not meet your needs for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked. Refunds cover the complete purchase; partial refunds for individual Studio seats within one order are not offered.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@fennok.com with your order details. Please include:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your license key (if available)
• The reason for your refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We'll do our best to find a fair resolution. Contact us at info@fennok.com and we'll work with you.

What Happens to Your License

When a full refund completes, the paid entitlement ends and paid features are disabled when FenSight next verifies the license while online. A service or network outage does not invalidate an otherwise valid license. Your board files and data remain yours — FenSight stores everything locally and the Free tier continues to work without a paid license.
