Effective: May 17, 2026
FENNOK, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates FenSight and the website fennok.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
When you buy a license, Stripe collects your email and payment details. We receive your email address to generate and deliver your license key. We do not store your payment card information.
When you activate FenSight after checkout, our licensing system receives your checkout email, Stripe session ID, and the request code generated by the app for that Windows account and machine. We record the activation so we can enforce seat limits, support license recovery, and process refunds. FenSight may also periodically send the request code to verify license status for refund or revocation handling. Your boards, media files, thumbnails, tags, and filenames are not sent to us for license activation or verification.
If you contact us via the website, we collect your name, email, and message content. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
We may collect website page-view and event data (for example, via Vercel Analytics and pricing/checkout button events) to understand traffic patterns and improve the site. This is separate from the FenSight desktop app, which does not collect usage telemetry by default.
Purchase records and license activation data are retained for as long as your license is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter for support and refund purposes. Contact us at info@fennok.com to request deletion of your data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@fennok.com.
We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of FenSight after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
